Setup

Writing or buying reviews, traffic work and ad campaigns are outside the scope, and monthly management is handled as a separate inquiry.
Payment timing
A one-time setup and an hour of 1:1 consulting are paid in full up front after we issue the tax invoice, and the diagnosis starts once payment arrives.
Cancellation and refunds
You get a full refund before we deliver the diagnosis, and after delivery we can't offer a refund. After the setup is applied, we write down the remaining items.
Lead time
A one-time setup is applied within 2 weeks of receiving your URL as standard, and consulting runs for 1 hour on the scheduled day.

Writing and buying reviews are outside the scope. We write a template for replies to visitor reviews and a notice asking customers for reviews, and explain how reviews containing search-term words appear on the card.
